I expect the “big surprise” next month, something to take out Obama and replace him with Clinton, along with a built-in reason for Blacks to stay on board. Something like having a “love child” by a White woman.

Anyone watching the Obama media Push POll strategy over the last few months knew a sea of newly cooked Obama polls were ready to be released to Stop/Change the News Cycle stories about the Race tightening up. Herr Goebbels would be impressed by this phony R2000 poll groups carefully timed poll results dropped on a new MOnday morning news cycles just like good olde Matt Obama Drudge carefully timed headline. The OBama media and there fellow POll travelers are very very good at peddling propaganda . Look for the ABCs nets to follow with more special sauce POlls in the next week.

You’re both ignoring my qualifier of “almost”. Obviously mistakes were made, but as far as perception, it did its job. Those of us interested enough to look behind the headlines were not as impressed.

By the way it’s gonna get really tiresome if you people keep referencing the fact that I’m new here. I think you’ll notice I’ve mentioned it a lot.

Almost? It wasn't even close. Looking behind the adoring MSM headlines means that you actually perceive what happened.

Perception, no matter how the liberals want to spin it, is not reality.

The reality was that his trip was pure, unadulterated political opportunism and tripe, rife with gaffes.

That's the reality and it is a reality that is catching up with him...as well it should.

The whole idea of these skewed polls is to persuade fence-sitters and herd-followers to fall into the Obama camp, under the logic that “everyone else is voting for him, so maybe I should too”. Of course, it will work on some people, but as election day approaches and more of Hussein’s convictions and past is exposed, such an approach by the MSM will have lesser and lesser effect.

I expect the “big surprise” next month,

They've got 'till October to bring in bin Laden. When they do, the euphoria will silence the left and tank Barry's pimpularity.

I expect the surprise next month to remove Obama as the nominee in a way that keeps the Blacks on board. I expect the next big surprise to be some of the stories about McCain’s wife. The little nips and cuts on McCain will begin before long.

Wow, this is tough news, if true. I don’t really believe it though.

The MSM is in the tank for Obama. We have to get out there and tell people the truth - that Senator Obama is a liar and deceiver.

An internet straw poll of AOL customers is a horse of a different color.

Not comparable to traditional polling methodology and not a relevant sample of the attitudes of American voters overall.

That doesn’t mean that traditional polls running traditional samples of the population can’t be flawed...they can.

But it’s apples and oranges to throw in a completely different type of poll to compare with others...

“It pains me to admit, but what do you expect? Obama’s foreign excursion was almost flawles”

According to who exactly? The media grovels and revels in the crowds, the photo ops, the majesty of his empty speeches.

There was no substance to this trip to gain Obama international “credentials” and it’s no different than Hillary having teas in 70 countries around the world.

I tried to ignore as much of it as possible. The fawning media is creating its own post modern version of Peter Sellers’ “Being There” candidate.

And they marvel at their ability to do so.
