“something to do with holding an office.”
Thanks for the info. I'll be watching the Internet Tubes for that.
And William Jefferson (D-LA) will be re-elected in spite of his flagrant use of bribe money...the usual double standard.
Federal Prison is not like a bunch of trucks but rather a series of tubes.
FoxNews.com Breaking News bar on the site now reads: Justice Department to Announce Charges Against Alaska Sen. Ted Stevens at 1:20 p.m. ET
Oh joy — the culture of corruption hue and cry again. At least the dems have William Jefferson (D-La).
William Jefferson (D-LA)
Would you believe someone already mentioned the indictment on his wikiepdia entry?
An attempt to head off a VP nomination for Palin?
Well, just got my “Breaking News” email from Foxnews.
I remember him threatening to resign his Senate seat over the “bridge to nowhere” pork project. Maybe he should have at the time.
Why?? Palin has been doing a great job of cleaning up the corruption of some in alaska’s GOP including running against incumbents, including supporting her Lt. Gov to run against less than pure as Alaskan snow Don Young
You mean your “talking points”?......................;^)
Who is the best primary opponent against him? Anyone that donates to GOP organizations needs to send some to the best candidate there. Money goes a long way in Alaska. One of the few donations I made was to Sean Parnell. Parnell is running against Don Young, a Stevens clone.
ooops- did Ted burn his bridge? ;)
Good. One down and only 99 more to go.
Justice Dept to hold 120pm (ET) news conference (per CNBC).
Hurry and get your earmark requests in before it’s too late!
Palin isn’t part of the Stevens/Murkowski gang.
