I guess we neeed to tell him to stop exhaling until we can study that. (Of course, he’ll have to fund the study.)

You want a head on that? According to crazylaws.com, in the 1940’s it was briefly illegal to serve alcohol to a gay person.

In San Francisco, hookers are not required to carry bills on their person larger than $50 in order to make change.

These are at the bottom of the page.

Jerry Brown was on H&C last night and he looked like a guy who had smoked some really bad weed while drinking Boones Farm Starwberry Hill and laughing spastically at stupid jokes.

I see this as an effort to truly further bankrupt California. The dems could always blame it on a Republican governor but the conspiracy theorist in me says someone has a lot to gain from this. I suspect a corporate entity has interests in buying up the governments assets ala Orange County. This is just a guess though.

This is idiotic and will drive business out of Cal.

But let's talk about the moon beam for a minute. When he was Gov, JBrown proposed Cal put up a communication satellite for emergency communications statewide and such. He was derided as the only governor to have his own space program, i.e. Gov. Moonbeam. So no satellite.

Dukemejian followed and what did he do? Put up a satellite. So much for moon beam.

Just incredible. They will indeed go somewhere else, have the same impact on the planet (whatever slight impact that might be), and will create jobs for another state.

Obama’s rhetoric talks sympathetically about “people devastated by the loss of factory jobs”—as if the closing of factories was a big corporate plot—while the Democrats work as hard as they can to destroy anything resembling a factory.
