Attorney General Jerry Brown on Tuesday said he will sue to block a proposed water-bottling operation in Northern California unless its effects on global warming are evaluated.

I see this as an effort to truly further bankrupt California. The dems could always blame it on a Republican governor but the conspiracy theorist in me says someone has a lot to gain from this. I suspect a corporate entity has interests in buying up the governments assets ala Orange County. This is just a guess though.

But let's talk about the moon beam for a minute. When he was Gov, JBrown proposed Cal put up a communication satellite for emergency communications statewide and such. He was derided as the only governor to have his own space program, i.e. Gov. Moonbeam. So no satellite.
Dukemejian followed and what did he do? Put up a satellite. So much for moon beam.
Just incredible. They will indeed go somewhere else, have the same impact on the planet (whatever slight impact that might be), and will create jobs for another state.
Obama’s rhetoric talks sympathetically about “people devastated by the loss of factory jobs”—as if the closing of factories was a big corporate plot—while the Democrats work as hard as they can to destroy anything resembling a factory.
Ohio can use some jobs. Michigan can really use some jobs.
Bring those jobs to Texas.
