They took the man to Parkland, which is run by Dallas County. His bills will be covered by the taxpayers.

Fortunately, he won't live long. Anyone burned over 50% of their body has little chance of survival. And electrical burns are even worse, since most of the damage/burns is internal, not external. Large amounts of internal tissue is fried.

The hospital will try to save him, but it's a losing battle. With so much internal tissue damage, it's just a matter of time- and not a lot at that. But during that time, he will experience the most exquisite retribution for what he's done. I'm sure this isn't his first time doing it.

Not to mention all the carbon offsets we’re going to have to purchase on account of all those burning parts of him.
