Nope, just noticing that the First Amendment is good but you cannot libel or slander or endanger others by yelling fire in a theater. I don't recall anyone gagging me when I've entered theaters. Nor are there any prior restraint mechanisms that would prevent me from committing libel. Were I to commit libel or cause a civil disturbance, I could be punished for such action after the fact, but I may not be gagged for fear of crimes that I might commit.

Again, IF somebody is dangerous and those closest to them dont speak up, then shame on em... Given the near-impossibility of ensuring that somebody will actually get help in a fashion that doesn't ruin their lives, in many cases I really can't blame those who don't speak up.

The article wasn’t about cops taking guns ‘just cuz’. There was an investigation, warrant, and judicial review.
