You don’t have to limit yourself to your Rep.. You can call (and shame) them all.

At the end of the day, Boehner’s office will update the list of those who are there. His office told me that it will be at republicanleader.house.gov

Make some noise.

Don’t forget to call and thank and encourage the ones who are there, too.

This is an insurrection?

I don’t think so. Ping me when they start fist fights and chair throwing.

Any dems there yet?

If a few reasonable democrats would come in, it could isolate the leadership and bring this issue home.

Call all the Rs in TN. Where many are gathered in OUR name, .........

I think it would encourage the President to order them back to the House. If it grows to be large, the Senate might be shamed into coming in as well. But it begins in the House.

Why won’t Nancy allow up and down votes on issues such as energy and drilling, when she herself has said these are big issues?

Geez, isn’t Congress supposed to do the people’s business? Isn’t Congress supposed to hash out the differences and issues?

Or does Nancy think that we live in a People’s Republic?

Haven’t they heard, the age of oil is over. It was proclaimed this morning. They need to be bipartisan and keep up with the latest claptrap.

So Nancy thinks the Congress needs a month vacation, before they return for an abbreviated fall session. Since it’s an election year, they will adjourn by late September and not come back till January.

I agree! From Anderson, SC.
I was a little concerned when I didn’t see his name on an earlier list.

and normally.. i’m ok with that, but right now we need a vote on drilling...

however the way congress normally goes, they’d vote on 20 other stupid bills and pigeon hole drilling anyway.
