While I still think it is an interesting question as to why Obama won't produce a real birth certificate, statements such as the one quoted above seem to me to disqualify this entire article. By now it seems known that a son was born to a Mr. and Mrs. Barack H. Obama from a birth announcement in an August 1961 edition of the Honolulu Advertiser.

I suppose that this announcement could be a fake too, but it was found by someone who would have appeared to have a motive not to find it. Until and unless reasonable doubt can be cast upon this announcement though, people who suggest that Obama was not born as Obama in Hawaii will look pretty foolish to me.

If his mother was a US citizen, even if he is born on foreign soil that still makes him a US citizen, doesn’t it?

The citizenship of the father determines the citizenship of the child, so Obama is NOT a natural born citizen according to Constitutional law.

His bio father is Barack Obama. His legal father is Lolo Soteoro or he couldn’t have gone to school in Indonesia. Read Texas Darling’s blogs by Judah Somebody. I know it seems as if you have walked in the middle of a conversation and it doesn’t make sense. But seriously, the points Judah brings up (he is a historian and has research thoroughly on the times he was living in Indonesia) is really interesting.

I can understand his original birth certificate being sealed, and it being replaced with one with his adoptive, Indonesian father. But in that case, why not just pull out his original birth certificate that he claims to have? It would seem odd for him to have an embarrassment to hide there—as well as the Indonesian issue.

It is strange that he would have described down to the color the original birth certificate he said in one of his fictionalized autobiographies that he recalled seeing. My guess is he was plotting an eligibility cover up even back then. He never had such a birth certificate, for whatever reason, and Hawaii officially has only his adoptive one now.
