One of the most recent things has been the new Gang of 10 in the Senate who tried to direct energy/oil policy with a “Bipartisan Energy Plan”. [Pubbies blinked —— again.]
I can't see Graham ramrodding this kind of activity with McCain's approval/consent. Graham has had his head so far up McCain for years, hoping for a high position in a McCain Administration. For that reason, I don't see Graham being a major player in the Gang of 10 — which seems to contradict McCain's more recent, stated positions on energy — and going against McCain.

Look at how many are advocating the McMaverick is suddenly going to turn in to some conservative wonder, when elected. His history of the last 8 years shows he won’t. His pal Lindsay is still bending over to reach out across the aisle with the new Gang of 10. Yet, many will ‘hold their noses’ (what a crock — they deserve what they get, then) and vote for McCain.
