McMaverick better pick one heck of a V.P., because even against an avowed enemy of this Republic (Obama-lama-ding-dong) he is having a hard time keeping up.

Perhaps if McMaverick would just shut his yap for the next 80, or so days, he might squeak out a win.

Yeh. Every time that he seems to get the upper hand, he opens his mouth and causes us to shake our heads in disbelief.

One of the most recent things has been the new Gang of 10 in the Senate who tried to direct energy/oil policy with a “Bipartisan Energy Plan”. [Pubbies blinked —— again.]

I can't see Graham ramrodding this kind of activity with McCain's approval/consent. Graham has had his head so far up McCain for years, hoping for a high position in a McCain Administration. For that reason, I don't see Graham being a major player in the Gang of 10 — which seems to contradict McCain's more recent, stated positions on energy — and going against McCain.
