Mexican army soldiers invaded U.S. territory and held a member of the U.S. Border Patrol at gunpoint. "Unfortunately, this sort of behavior by Mexican military personnel has been going on for years," a statement from Local 2544 of the National Border Patrol Council said. The Tucson Sector Border Patrol agent was held at gunpoint near Ajo, Ariz. Mexican military personnel crossed over the border and pointed rifles at him. Judicial Watch documented 29 confirmed incidents along the U.S.-Mexican border involving Mexican military and/or law enforcement personnel in 2007. The Border Patrol union said, "A few years ago the Mexican military went a step further and put a 50 caliber rifle through the rear window of a Border Patrol agent's patrol vehicle south of Ajo. Nothing was ever done. Nobody was ever held accountable. Particularly galling is the fact that the Mexican military often pulls these stunts in Humvees donated to them by American taxpayers." Law enforcement authorities have long said Mexican soldiers have been hired to protect drug and migrant smugglers. On the Washington Times forum page, a participant said, "I'm surprised the Bush administration doesn't arrest and convict the border agents involved like they did Ramos and Compean. Don't worry, we won't have borders anyway. We'll be the North American Union and will be nothing more than a Third World oligarchy just like good old Mexico."

People need to wake up and understand the goals of world government and the eventual dismantling of the nation-state as we know it.
This has nothing to do with Mexicans as people, they are a 3rd World nation that gives its citizens no ability to make money...and our government, via political correctness and one-world government aims are not interested in closing the border at all...
I agree with what you say. Off the top of my head I can’t give you the number of anchor babies but it’s certainly in the high-hundreds per month. By the way, I posted an article about that a while back about and also why we need to modify the 14th Amendment to reflect its original intent that not everyone and anyone born in the USA is automatically a citizen. I don’t know about you, but I’m way beyond being disgusted with our government’s abject refusal to stop the Mexican invasion. I single out the Mexican invasion because it’s by far the largest and most glaring and because all other invaders are encouraged by the success of the Mexican invaders: Stomp out the Mexican invasion and the rest will think twice about theirs.

I agree and I think that in modern American history there has seldom been a greater “disconnect” between citizens and their elected leaders. Every poll shows that the overwhelming majority oppose the present illegal alien invasion. The liberal MSM and their accomplices, liberal politicians, try to ignore and marginalize this crisis by claiming it’s a “single issue.” It’s not. It’s a cultural revolution that’s very seriously affecting education, healthcare, crime, social welfare resources, our economic infrastructure, and our very political system. They always resort to name-calling and slanderous accusations to further marginalize us - “xenophobes,” “racists,” “nativists,” etc., etc. But it’s VERY important that we not become discouraged or demoralized by these gutter tactics. There are numerous ways to continue the struggle. I’d like to bring to the attention of FReepers just one. Tom Tancredo, assisted by Bay Buchanan, has founded a PAC called “Team America.” Among other things, it evaluates every candidate for national or major state office in terms of his/her record on illegal immigration. Accordingly, it actively and aggressively supports/opposes the candidate based on that record. It’s had some great success stories. mexico has declared war on US citizens.....its that simple...
Mexico may not have made a formal declaration of war but in fact they are invading the USA. They are not only being encouraged to cross the border but are being assisted with maps, directions to water holes, and detailed instructions as to how to apply for unemployment, social welfare sevices, and medical benefits. This is all with the complicity of Calderon and Bush.
What do we do if our government fails to protect us?
