Gerald Ford winding up as presidt was a huge fluke, and, I believe, could not have been the product of any forethought. As for Specter, he was a full Commission member (in charge of the “magic bullet” division), not one of the lower investigators I was refering to. If his reputation was large enough to be named alongside men like Warren, he probably could have won a Senate seat if Kennedy had never been shot.
Sorry about the triple-post.
By the way, it always shocks me how those who are suckered by the Zapruder film into avowing the really true truth was jammed into a coffin and buried by the Warren Report, simply imagine extra evidence to buttress their arguments. Kennedy’s head does not blow up in the back. It obviously blows up in the right front. Jackie does not climb out of her seat to grab brain matter (as if that would be anyone’s instinctual response, “My husband’s dead, oh, I should pick up his brains just in case he still needs them”). We can see the sparkling back of that limo, and nary a skull fragment is on it.
Tell me, what is more likely: Kennedy was shot from the rear, knocked forward for a frame, then snapped back due to a spasm; or Kennedy was shot from the front, and instead of exiting the natural line of trajectory, the bullet made the right front of his head explode, leaving the back of his skull neatly intact?
