That makes sense, but if your child drowns in a pool, the odds are you call 911. And usually you are not at fault.

However, if you leave a child in a hot car while bar hopping, you KNOW you are in trouble. My guess is however the child died, there was some real negligence. That’s why she panicked.

My theory all along has been that the mother left the child in the hot car while she went to (insert trivial unimportant activity here), and when she returned the girl was dead.

Panic, cover-up, etc. etc. ensued.

And here we are.

I tend to agree with you. I never thought that she murdered her litle girl, but I thought that she had something to do with her death. An accident perhaps, a careless one such as you said by leaving her in the car in the heat.

I'll go a step further....she locked her in the trunk when she went out pole dancing...maybe gave her a pillow and blanket.....thought the trunk would be "safer"....maybe gave her a good dose of cough syrup......Casey went out slutting, got wasted, forgot about her own dtr, and didn't remember until the next afternoon...by then.....*sigh*

of course that is just my humble opinion.....

Casey HAD to have done something negligent if not violent to Caylee to cause her death....otherwise, she could have just phoned the cops about the "accident"...

Yes, but it still begs the question: why didn’t she call 911 when she found her child had accidently died? any normal person would.

What makes you think this girl (or her family) are “normal”?

I think they should lock up both grandparents and let them sit there until they tell what they know, that leads to this child’s poor little body. Hold them on obstruction of justice charges or something. Of COURSE they both know what happened to their grandbaby! Maybe they didn’t before Grandma called 911 to have her daughter arrested, or maybe they did. All we CAN conclude is that the baby is dead.
