TechDude, Anti-Obama Investigator, Threatened With Violence
Pamela Geller of Atlas Shrugs reports that Techdude, the analyst who first reported that the Internet-posted birth certificate is a forgery, has been threatened with violence.
Pamela writes:
"I have heard from 'Techdude'.
"'My family is now being harassed and threatened. She [his wife] is absolutely terrified and is afraid to leave the house or even go to work. She is begging me to stop and I am going to listen to her. I cannot endanger my family any further...'
"I stand behind his analysis. The COLB is the fake, not "techdude". Anyone who makes such a sorry claim is looking to kill the messenger..Argue his findings. I welcome peer review by his peers, not highly opinionated cyber geeks."

But in real life, these threats are virtually always coming from total crackpots regardless of how real they might seem. They can use any piece of info they can gleen from the web about you to make it appear that they know who you are and where you live and what color your underwear are. But in real life, any real threat can be turned over to the local PD and the FBI who both investigate cyber-crimes. Terroristic threats made via email or web postings are not just state but also Federal crimes now. Too bad b!tches.
Techdude should turn this over to the authorities. And he should NEVER, NEVER, NEVER have told his wife. Bad move. They just freak out and then they want you to quit your job because some 14 yr old with a T1 connection claims he is going to cut off your head and puke down your throat.

I don’t think Tech Dude actually “told” his wife. I think I remember reading somewhere that he actually had something happen at his house like someone showed up or left something at his door. I was trying to find the information on Texas Darlin’s site, but couldn’t.

I thought I remembered something like that. My brain is tapiocca right now though. First day back to school for my home schooled 2nd grader plus trying to occupy and start to educate my 3 year old.
I am trying to catch up on the current events right now, but I think I just need sleep.
