If black men actually had to act like men to get the women, they'd change yesterday.
Many Blacks today agree that their problems are largely caused by fatherless boys. Few are willing to say it publicly. But fake-”civil rights leaders” and empty-headed White liberals deny it.
Good one. Some are getting financial assistance, but by no means are they all.

It's simple. The government told roaming men (in this article Black men) they don't have to take responsibility for very much. For the last 40-50 years. Now white and other ethnic men figured out what black men learned.
Unless a roaming man has a type of responsible job for himself, he may swerve into trouble.
The smart roaming man knows the system. Welfare, section 8 housing, food stamps, medical care. Women borrow other women's kids when they go to the welfare office. They double or triple the food stamp allotment which can be sold for 50 cents on the dollar on the street. To buy things that can't be bought with food stamps.
So you see well-dressed people buying the biggest T-bones with food stamps at half the price.
Everybody around knows it's all a scam and keeps quiet. I applaud them for seeing the opportunity. They are playing by the rules.
Number two, they need to differentiate between "whites" when they seek to blame whites as a group for their problems. White liberal idiots are more responsible for their problems than any Republican or conservative ever was. They need to understand this, become educated about it, and reject the kind of liberal white racism that has told them they are incapable of doing anything with their lives without liberal white morons holding their hand, as if they're children.
White liberalism is not the freind of blacks. It is the enemy, and all these so called "liberals" in the Dummyrat party are the same kind of elitists that fought against civil rights tooth and nail, and once that battle was lost, they found a new, "better" way to fight against black families. Until blacks wake up as a group and admit that white liberals are their real enemy, they will never come out of the rut that many of them are in.
This education has to come from other blacks more than whites, and there are some that are trying, but they are few and far in between, and the white liberal idiots in the media don't like to give their powerful message any exposure or validation, because to do so would eventually invalidate white liberalism and expose it for what it is, but still men like Walter Williams and Thomas Sowell plod on, perhaps knowing their efforts are for now, fruitless, but continuing to preach the truth anyway, God bless 'em.
Around town I see plenty of stupid white and black and hispanic men. They all dress similarly, pants hanging down, hat crooked, piercings, oversized shoes, unshaven. For 90% of these idiots to get jobs, or a decent job, all it would take is to clean up just a bit, wear clothers that fit, stand up straight, and look a person in the eye when talking decently to them. Presto! Your hired!
But it’s far easier to blame it on some BS cultural bias or racism.
