The HTML format for posting an image on FR is
< img src="URL" width="x" >
(but don't use spaces after or before the left and right carets). The quotation marks at either end of the URL are required. The width is set by placing the display pixel size inside quotation marks thus: width="640". That would display the picture at 640 pixels wide.
