Obama: Millstones and the least of our brethren

Another FreeRepublic Op-ed For the political season (#4 in a series)

This op-ed addresses the stunning duplicity in Obama’s presentation which is being carefully ignored in the media. When a democrat candidate tries to invoke scripture, to deceive We The People, somebody really should call the liars on it! Obama’s lack of familiarity with Bible passages glared at us from the seat next to Pastor Rick Warren, yet the media are meticulously avoiding the laser beam in their eye.

From the Saddleback transcript:

Here’s what that passage from Matthew's Gospel actually says, and please note the verse 40 admonition of doing to the least is doing to Jesus … if the children surviving an attempted abortion are not the least of Jesus‘ brethren, then there isn‘t a cow in Illinois and Barack Obama is a great Bible teacher for the democrats!

Folks, Barack Hussein Obama worked hard to prevent a bill from passing that would have protected babies who are born alive following an attempt to kill them in their mother’s womb!

When Obama stood to oppose the born alive infants protection bill, he argued that ‘to extend protection to the survivors of abortion attempts would convey personhood upon these alive, born children, and thus invoke the Constitutional protection of the fourteenth amendment.’ And according to Barack Hussein Obama protecting these babies via the Constitution would be ‘anti-abortion’ in nature so he would not support the bill! In other words, Barack Obama does not want to defend the least among us and wants to define these least as ‘not persons’ because the Constitution would protect them and Barry doesn’t want them protected and in fact wants the murder of these little ones to continue as legal slaughter of ‘the least among us.’

And Jesus instructed: “Verily I say to you, Inasmuch as ye did to one of these my brethren -- the least -- to me ye did.” … “

I seem to recall something Jesus said about millstones around the necks of those who harm one of these little ones, the least of Jesus‘ brethren. … Now what is Barry’s collar size again? Is it too early to fit him for his millstone?

I assume you mean from a political, spin perspective, and I don't disagree.

BUT, what is most astonishing is that it exposes his actual beliefs and principles. To not connect "least" in the quote with a born baby left to die untreated, especially after all the hearing and discussion with which he has been involved, exposes what the REAL Obama is capable of as President, despite his "friendly" front. Think about that when you reflect on his call for the creation of a uniformed, civilian security force ("Obama's Brownshirts") and the type of 'cold blooded' tasks he would direct them to carry out.

The transcript may have been generated by a computer voice recognition system, so he may have said precepts but the computer missed the “P”.

The Scandal of Barack Obama's Mind (and theology)

The other gaffe was this comment about it being "above his pay grade" to determine when a child deserves rights and constitutional protection. But, he considers it within his pay grade to say when a child does NOT deserve rights and protection. This was a huge gaffe. He is clearly without a clue in this area. He does not even see the contradictions. If he doesn't know and it is "above his pay grade," how can he be so cocky, confident, and sure when to declare an unborn child does not deserve constitutional rights and protection from bodily harm and murder?

The scandal of his bizarre moral theology gets goofier each time he opens his mouth on these subjects. That he quoted the Gospel of Matthew on "the least of my brothers" apparently without being aware this should apply especially to the unborn and recently born, and to unwanted children is...beyond words. Did he really NOT know this when he started his answer and alluded to the Gospel? Does he really think Jesus would side with abortionists? That Jesus doesn't think the unborn deserve rights?

As soon as I heard him quote "the least of my brothers" and allude to Matthew, immediately, the VERY moment he said this, I thought, "is he REALLY going here???!!!" Because he is going to lose this one if he can't see it applies to unborn and unwanted children.

The problem with the moral theology at Trinity United and the theological mind involved here is it is not very logical and has these kinds of strange, kooky contradictions. It's not just a "God Damn America" theology but also a "God Damn the Unborn" theology. Whatever that is, it's not Christianity. Christianity does not teach that it is acceptable to take the life of the unborn. There are very specific guidelines and rules about the taking of human life which require clear "self-defense" conditions. It's a very serious matter. Christians can't claim this is "above their pay grade."

Frankly, it offend sme personally when the democrats try to use scripture passages, out of context, to promote their godless party. For thirty years the democrap party has used the slaughter of alive unborn little ones as an empowerment scheme for their political party! Their current nominee for president even defends the killing-by-neglect method of offing the alive little ones! And now these bastards with a “D” so proudly displayed after their names try to cite Bible passages and twist the words of Jesus to promote their demonic rites? Disgusting!

As a fellow Christian wrote in a recent freepmail, the millstone Jesus alluded to was a very large object that took a donkey to turn! No one swims with that around their neck when cast into the sea. Hence the question ‘What’s Barry’s collar size?’

I don't see it that way.. America is confused about socialism.. Many christians(whatever that means) think that the new testament preaches socialism.. alludes to it.. or implys it.. I do not.. I see both candidates as socialists.. not to speak of Hillary and most of the pre primary republican and all democrat candidates..

America is confused and so is "the american church" generally.. Capitalism creates wealth, socialism uses that wealth UP.. incrementally, actually, and in any iterance of it.. Socialism is a scam, bad logic, and a negative economic factor.. The debate at Saddleback is/was a debate between two socialists.. and two globalists besides.. What they say is one thing what they will do as president is totally occluded.. BOTH of them.. one a weasle the other a skunk..

Obama may not be as bad as he portends to be, and McLaim may not be a good as some say he will be.. Am I too cynical?.. Maybe.. But probably not.. They both could be Plan "A" or Plan "B" of a shadow government.. WHich I suspect..
