Yeah, I've been looking at that for years. saw it peak, and now I see it ultra low and stable. We know so little real definitive data about these sun cycles and we work mostly with generalizations but are learning a lot more as we speak.
One day we should be much better at predicting space weather and therefore more convincing to the idiots that inhabit the left and some on the right.
I've been watching www.solarcycle24.com to see if any band openings occur. The low sunspot observation has become a more interesting issue than radio propagation forecasts.
