Former Secretary Madeline Albright criticizes White House reaction to Georgia/Russia conflict and calls Putin and Bush meeting in Beijing "very peculiar" on CNN's "Situation Room."
Im speaking from myself personally. I found it very peculiar, that as the Russians were on the borders of Georgia and also practically going in, that President Bush and President Putin had kind of a passing conversation at the Olympics and I also think Secretary Rice should have gone to Moscow.

Get ready for the “Putin and Bush trying to get McCain elected” spin.
Albright is just saying that Bush planned this thing with Putin to make McCain look good. Just wait, it is coming. These kooks believe that Bush had something to do with 9-11 there is no limit to their self-delusion.
A former secretry of state and key Obama adviser suggests that Pres Bush orchestrated Putin’s invasion of Georgia.
This from the Clinton White House?
She’s right. Bush and Putin should have been toasting each other with champagne, like Maddy did with the short guy from N Korea.
what i find very peculiar, is that this FPOS halfbright gets printed.
I have always seen Ms. Albright as very peculiar.
She does not believe it for a minute, but worse, she is using her former SOS position to smear a President of the United States, for votes.
This woman...
I guess they think every conservative has either died or has Alzheimer's in the last 8 years!
I still think the people who had Mad Maddy pegged are the Bosnian leaders who sent her away when she knocked on the door of their hotel room one night during the Balkans crises — they thought she was the hotel maid, and their snap impression of who she was is basically accurate. She is one who has been allowed to operate “far above her pay grade” due to the “Peter Principle”.....
A “You ain’t gonna believe this $***” ping.
Fair is fair. I have always thought madam albright to be “very peculiar.”
Maddie just better be grateful W...
wasn't in church.
That slick talkin' sum'agun...
could get God to fix the election for Johnny Boy!
They seem to be as paranoid about Bush as many here are about Hillary.

From the Sino-Russian Joint Statement of April 23, 1997:
"The two sides [China and Russia] shall, in the spirit of partnership, strive to promote the multipolarization of the world and the establishment of a new international order."

Russia, China flex muscles in joint war games
Reuters: Aug 17, 2007
CHEBARKUL, Russia (Reuters) - Russia and China staged their biggest joint exercises on Friday but denied this show of military prowess could lead to the formation of a counterweight to NATO.
"Today's exercises are another step towards strengthening the relations between our countries, a step towards strengthening international peace and security, and first and foremost, the security of our peoples," Putin said.
Fighter jets swooped overhead, commandos jumped from helicopters on to rooftops and the boom of artillery shells shook the firing range in Russia's Ural mountains as two of the largest armies in the world were put through their paces.
The exercises take place against a backdrop of mounting rivalry between the West, and Russia and China for influence over Central Asia, a strategic region that has huge oil, gas and mineral resources.
Russia's growing assertiveness is also causing jitters in the West. Putin announced at the firing range that Russia was resuming Soviet-era sorties by its strategic bomber aircraft near NATO airspace.

"the greatest geopolitical catastrophe of the [20th] century" -Russian leader Vladimir Putin on the collapse of the Soviet Union...
"World democratic opinion has yet to realize the alarming implications of President Vladimir Putin's State of the Union speech on April 25, 2005, in which he said that the collapse of the Soviet Union represented the 'greatest geopolitical catastrophe of the century.'

Is not Madame NotAllTooBright one of the famous gang of Cabinet Secretaries who ceremoniously traipsed out to the White House lawn for a press conference to exlaim their support for their beleaguered President Willie [the big one, not the little one] in his adamant denial, “I did NOT have SEX with THAT woman, Monica Lewinsky?”
Just wanted to thank you all for NOT posting a photo of Albright. I just saw an Ann Coulter thread and am quite happy of her feminine form and do not need images of this Ogre to tarnish my glee.
I find Albright very peculiar.
There is nothing more “peculiar’ than Albright. She was clueless while serving during the Clinton years and she’s still clueless.
That is a masterpiece of understatement.
LOL! Pretty good!
Eat another moonpie Ms.Albright. Get a fish pedicure and fill your day up. We don’t need to hear from you now about this.
Halfbright is a mouth piece for Barack Hussein Obama. They have to place doubt and make accusations (against Republicans) that the media will build on without any proof at all whatsoever.
Someday the Republicans will learn how to be on the offensive instead of always being on the defensive.
She must have missed this story:
“PRIME Minister Kevin Rudd witnessed a heated discussion between US President George W. Bush and his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, over Russia’s invasion of a tiny neighbouring country as athletes paraded before them in the Opening Ceremony on Friday night.”

LOL! You beat me to it!
You, twin sister of the Helen Thomas monster, are a gas bag.
'nuff said.
The very suggestion that President Bush gave an OK to Putin is treasonous on her part!
The thought was kicked around here. Bush using Georgia as a pawn.
She also said in 2004 (according to M. Kondracke) that Bush had UBL surrounded, and was just waiting to launch an October Surprise attack.
Nice catch. I guess the MSM missed that.
I don’t pay attention to people that can’t become POTUS.
Well, I think SHE's peculiar ....
Thats nothing, wait until Hezbula attacks Israel, and Israel uses disproportionate force....Its all a set up to get McCain elected...don't you know...
Old halfbright is the peculiar one...
Did you see the body language from those pictures? Only an idiot would fail to see that President Bush was more than a little angry with Putin.
no one looking at that pic would believe that was a happy conversation.
