Do you live in his district? I know he was one that was targeted during redistricting, but he was able to beat Wohlgemuth and an Iraq war vet the last two times out.
Don't think he could help Obama carry Texas though.

OMG how funny. I live in his district. He’s to the right of Obama and has a strong record supporting the military (Fort Hood is in his district. On reflection maybe not such a bad pick — gives Obama a chance of putting delegate rich Texas in his column and pulling some military votes.
