A Google search on him reveals that he has filed several frivolous lawsuits over the years, including one against several Supreme Court justices over the 2000 election and one against the Bush administration. Rush/Drudge would do well to keep their distance from this clown.

Now you can see why Obama’s aides stopped his speech about how we technically have more than 50 states, because it would have led to this discovery. Of California would be very insterested in knowing this if Obama were elected President without being a natural-born U.S. Citizen, and it would set precedence. Yes, that seems to the applicable law at the time, in regard citizenship. It seems to me that Article II creates a stricter test than any citizenship law might have, in this case both Obama’s Dad’s non-citizenship creates an impairment to the “natural born” status (that can be removed ONLY by Constitutional Amendment) and his mom’s overseas travels creates a second impairment. That second impairment is due to citizenship — about which Congress CAN set law and regulation, and it may have been resolved if Obama was ever made a naturalized citizen.
