I don't normally associate Bonhoffer's era with being so egregious about abortion that he would have spoken out about it.

It is said that just before Bonhoeffer was executed, a guard taunted him by saying "Now your life ends," and Bonhoeffer responded: "No; now it begins."

My guess is that Pelosi is acquainted with liberal priest who reassure her that what the archbishop says is only the “official line,” and they will name theologians who agree with him.

Pelosi should be out of the Church “ Post Haste”, but they will make an accommodation for her, because of 1. The National notoriety she brings to the Church. 2. Because of the Money she gives the Church, 3. The Bishops and Cardinals and Poopes are a toothless bunch of old Lions who don't want to rock the boat.

Several bishops have publicly rebuked Pelosi, including her own bishop.
Do you really believe the Church welcomes or celebrates this type of “National notoriety” after all the work it has done for the pro-life cause?

You personally are aware of Pelosi’s bishop’s desire to ignore her based on dollars?
And if Pelosi stopped giving to the Church tomorrow (a real possibility) - you are aware the church will survive?
If “they” were truly afraid of her financial power - then why are they publicly humiliating her?

Thank God that Our Lord's Bishops and Archbishops are putting on the Armor of God and fighting back vocally against this grievous evil. Abortion is based on deception, and Nancy Pelosi is not only deceived by the Devil but acts as his PR agent.

Finally, the truth is coming out. Anyone who votes for a pro-abortion politician is committing a mortal sin and will answer for it before the Lord.

Because our Lord came for the sinners. What good is accomplished by tossing them out of the Church.

By their own actions and beliefs, they have already tossed themselves out of the Church. If they refuse to repent, they have denied the faith and are worse than an unbeliever.

All they need to do is go to Confession, stop supporting abortion and refuse to allocate taxpayer money to fund it.
