Well, isn't that special...
To: kristinn; All
a tiny bit off topic, however I really really wonder why there are no audio tapes of Obama’s constitutional law class?
I remember we had a few students who were obsessive about taping every single class.
It would be interesting to see Obama’s views on the first and second amendments.
In light of this and the recent USSC cases.
Hard to believe he has anything to do with anything.

"Politico has posted copies of letters the Obama campaign has sent to station managers and a letter the campaign has sent to the Department of Justice demanding a criminal investigation of the group that is running the ads, American Issues Project." Can we ask for a criminal investigation of Ayers and his Weather-Underground-forming wife?
Just askin'...

Hmm, it seems that one of the American issues that the American Issues Project is addressing with these advertisements are the unconstitutional restrictions on the exercise of free speech and free press that are embodied in the various statues and regulation the Obamaites cite in their letter to the DOJ.
Given that it’s being run by a fellow with very deep pockets, I suspect the AIP has some very good constitutional lawyers on retainer.

"The Obama campaign plans to punish the stations that air the ad financially, organizing his supporters to target the stations that air it and their advertisers." Nothing wrong with boycotting businesses that do things you don't like. If that is all they are doing then this is no big deal, but I doubt that, likely there are far more serious threats being made.....Got Thugs?

There are tapes, but they are blank. Professor NObomba’s classroom wasn’t equipped with teleprompters.

Thanks for this post, kristinn. The true fascists of today are on the left. This is really scary, especially if they control all three branches of government, including a 60-member Dem Senate.

Can we ask for a criminal investigation of Ayers and his Weather-Underground-forming wife? Just askin' Supposedly the little creep escaped justice because of "government misconduct" and that is why he is free now. Unfortunately the "misconduct" wasn't an ass whuppin...oh well.....

guess what I am still waiting for an answer
Of course they tried the old tricks like I suppose the simple will believe this or the reatards will always believe anything when they don’t have a brain
and again when asked what part of the video is not true they do not come back with an answer
Head in the sand , these obama supporters would give an ostrich a run for their money for keeping their head in the sand

Obama’s letter says the ad makes a false link between ‘The One’ and acts of terrorism. The ad does no such thing. It simply asks why does he think such terrorists are ‘mainstream’ and what does this say about his judgment ....
