they’ve chosen not to serve in the military and active duty and I respect their decision in that regard.”

Of course...

That was the only decision that Romney would respect...

BTW was it the decision of the sons, or Mitt’s ?????

After all Mitt didnt serve either...

In fact Romney is a draft dodger...

She epitomizes everything that middle America hates about the extreme radical right. For every vote we lose from these folks, we gain 2 or 3 from others. Good riddance

I am pro-life. I believe that abortion is the wrong choice – Mitt Romney, Boston Globe, Op-Ed, July 26, 2005

why don't you go re-read your own post #300

I don’t mean to change the subject, but this a very important point, which I will say one more time(and hopefully for the last time):

We are the GOP — the party who freed the slaves, gave women the right to vote, and passed civil rights.

"But while choosing Romney to be his running mate would make Washington journalists happy,
it would be nothing short of political suicide for McCain."

I'd like to see a post on how the Mitt lovers believe that statements like this "He added: "One of the ways my sons are showing support for our nation is helping me get elected because they think I'd be a great president."

will NOT show up in a TV commercial by the Obama campaign, especially in states with a large military population.

While McCain is using his military career as a resume enhancer, here's Mitt standing behind him with a voice-over of this kind of statement droning on. I can see the TV ad now.

McCain has an opportunity to partially redeem himself by choosing a conservative as his running mate and successor. If he RINOs out, especially with an abortionist liberal, I cannot support the ticket. Not that it matters.

Are you including Mitt in that? If so, your characterization of him is wrong, IMHO
