DENVER – Barack Obama aims to weave the personal with the political Thursday night as he tells 75,000 supporters in a football stadium — and millions more at home — how as president he would make a difference in their lives.

If he actually told people exactly what he would do, he’d loose in a landslide.
The trick for dems is to convince people they wouldn’t do what we say they would.
Barry, tell the people what a command economy would mean.
I just want President Bush to hold a press conference at about 10:08pm Thursday to talk to the American people about “stuff”, you know, like “How are y’all?” , “Watcha doin’ this weekend?” and maybe “See any good movies lately?”. You know, stuff like that.

Maybe he could do a Gustav preparedness news conference. Just to let everyone know that they’re on top of things. Outline all the plans and emergency guidelines that have already been put in place. They’d have to cover that.

My hubby said he heard on Fox that Obama will not be using a teleprompter. Reading it, I guess.
