Please go to NEWSMAX.com and read the entries by Dick Morris. He knows more about Bill and Hillary than anyone else, and you will be disgusted at the hypocrisy of the Clintons. I seriously wish there would be a riot and Bill and Hill would get LYNCHED. Furthermore, this piece has been at the site for eight months, so it is not the work of a hit-and-run fly-by-night operative who posted it to make Obama look bad. The moderators had plenty of time to act on it had they wanted to do so. There are two reader comments, which means that people saw it and did not report a wish for the assassination of a former U.S. President and a U.S. Senator as "offensive" or "disrespectful" or, if they did, the moderators did not act on it.
I think this falls short of being reportable to the U.S. Secret Service because "Marilyn Wright" is not threatening to personally lynch or shoot Bill and Hillary Clinton, she is merely wishing that it would happen, while also wishing that Bill Clinton would die of a heart attack. It's not illegal to wish that something bad will happen to someone, although it is illegal to conspire or threaten to make it happen. The key point is that the Obama campaign sanctioned (as in tolerated) this posting on Obama's official campaign site, "paid for by Obama for America," and every Clinton Democrat ought to see it.

Threatening or conspiring to assassinate the Clintons would certainly be a crime, but this individual merely wished for it to happen. Another individual at MyBO wished that an assassination attempt against George Bush had succeeded.
I once received an E-mail from someone who disliked my political Web site. It said with profanity that “Animals like you should be killed.” Law enforcement did not consider it a criminal threat, though, because the individual did not say he was going to cause this to happen.
Maybe someone should run the MyBO page by an attorney, though, for a professional opinion. Even if it’s not illegal, though, it says plenty about the Obama campaign’s willingness to host this sort of thing.
