Watching CNN a few minutes ago, 9:00 CDT, and the news lady said, Sarah Palin, good choice or has John McCain has lost his mind.
Sounds to me like this commentator thinks attractive women are not up to the task.
As opposed as I was initially to the selection of Palin (based only on her limited national security expertise), I’m discovering a new admiration for McCain, and his shrewd gambit here.
If the ‘Rats and their media collaborators start questioning Palin’s experience, McCain only has to respond with “let’s compare Governor Palin’s experience and qualifications to be Vice President, with Senator Obama’s experience and qualifications to be PRESIDENT.”
And it would seem the ‘Rats and the MSM have gone for the cheese. The next sound you hear will be their collective necks being snapped by that trap coming down on top of them.
I like it.
I suspect the likes of CNN and NBC thought they were done with having to prop up the charismatic empty suit and now they have to do it again.
Sarah Palin does not solidify the base, she ELECTRIFIES the base. “Going after disenfranchised Hillary supporters” is nice but really has little do with it for those of us who were soft supporters of John McCain before yesterday.

Any inkling of objective journalism has completely disappeared. CNN, CNBC, MSNBC and the major networks are openly and actively campaigning for Obama bin Biden. There isn’t even a pretense of objectivity anymore.
She must have been referring to what Paul Begala said yesterday after the Palin announcement. That is a direct quote of the forehead who is capable of saying just about anything.

The GOP will have a REAL person[Sarah Palin]on the ticket with an aging ex fighter jock too oppose a an alien communist and a an old white guy blowhard from a twit of a state!
There is no one he could have chosen that would have done more to motivate the GOP base. No one.

No but I think its safe to say that he isn’t going with a safe choice. She could be a home run choice or a strike out. Its too early to tell.
