In the clip, he talks about the Casey that was 12 years older than he and one that was 12 years younger than he, living down the street. Wikipedia says he moved from Pa at age ten. Kind of hard to have a neighbor 12 years younger than you when you are only 10.

Also watch the body language of the others on stage with him. They don't seem comfortable. First a kind of denial, then a laughing along with outrageous Joe. You know how he can be. The wives exhibit definite relief when they exit the stage then his wife a bit of fear when he follows her. Then the Muslim distances himself with space and folded arms.
