THE RACE: The political season is entering the home stretch, and Jerome R. Corsis Obama Nation remains the No. 1 nonfiction book for the third straight week. (David Freddosos Case Against Barack Obama slips one spot to No. 6.) Among the other political titles jostling for position on this weeks list: Ron Suskinds Way of the World, Jane Mayers Dark Side, Andrew Bacevichs Limits of Power, Thomas Franks Wrecking Crew and Fareed Zakarias Post-American World (a book Obama was seen toting). Then there is, at No. 8 on the hardcover miscellaneous list, Goodnight Bush, by Erich Origen and Gan Golan, a parody of the classic childrens book Goodnight Moon. Here are a few of Origen and Golans lines: Good night ballot box / Good night FOX / Goodnight towers / And goodnight balance of powers / Goodnight Constitution / And goodnight evolution.
