Gang, forgive me for posting a vanity note in here, but this is really bothering me and I'd like for some help in addressing it.
The idiots and dummies (and we know who they are) are trying to ruin a young girl's life and spread lies about the entire Palin family. What can we do?
I would love Gov. Palin to come out and talk about how this is what the Democrats have become. This is how power hungry they are and this is how they have lost all sense of right and wrong. This is the Obama base and this is who he panders to. Talk about how she is a mother first and a politician second and we will get 60% of the women's vote. Election over.
Just my thoughts. But I'm still steamed enough to let this bother me for a bit.

I say let them make all the wild, crazy, psychotic accusations they are capable of making, for the whole world to see who they are. I say we encourage them to show their asses to the world.
For instance, did you know that Sarah Palin took night school classes to learn to program in the "C" language, and was part of a top secret hacking team that changed the Diebold voting machines in Ohio to ensure that Kerry lost? I'll bet you didn't know that, did you? She's been practicing her skills more and more so that we take the next election from Obama, so that there will be rioting in the streets and white people have an excuse to shoot blacks.
I'm going to expose her right here on Free Republic, so that the DUmmies can take it and run with it, and investigate it until they get to the real truth.
Did you also know that Sarah Palin was best friends with one of the flight instructors who taught Mohammed Attah, and knew about the attack plans, but did nothing to stop it?
Rumor also has it that she helped put something in Howard Dean's drink the day he did that unintelligible scream that cost him his candidacy for the Presidency. Also, her hit team put toxic chemicals in Ted Kennedy's scotch to cause himt to get sick.
See how much fun this can be? I sincerely hope DU, DailyKos, and MoveOn.org pick up all of low hanging fruit above, and run with it and investigate it until they get to the truth. Please.
I agree with JR. I also feel she can very effectively address this without addressing it at all. There are numerous occasions when children, disabled children, moral issues (ie: abortion, marriage, family, pregnancy), health care, even education, come up on the campaign trail. She will have ample opportunity to address it without even acknowledging she is doing so, by just telling her story. And I do stress without acknowledging the lies.

Palin certainly doesn’t have to lend any credibility to the Media CNN and PMSNBC that have started and sustained these rumors.
However, perusing several very liberal forums yesterday tells me that the Democrats may have misfired on their hastiness to try and bring Palin down into their cesspool.
I read several hundred comments by feminazis, former Hillary supporters and those who were not voting for McCain.
Everyone of them was so damn mad at the DNC, Obama binBiden, CNN and PMSNBC that they had decided to vote for Palin.
As you may know, I did not much care for McCain during the primaries, but with Palin it has become more than just a hold your nose acceptable package.
Let the Rats go on about her being a "brainless beauty queen". Then when she kicks Joe Biden's ass so hard his hair plugs shoot out, she will far outdo the expectations of people tuning in to hear her say that she will use her title as Vice President to bring world peace.
I would hope that Palin didn't respond to this nut-job speculation. Let the leftwing-nuts pander on about this. It wouldn't take a rocket scientist, or for that matter a 13 year old with access to the internet, 15 minutes to find evidence to refute this spurious claim.
On the other hand. I fervently hope that this will infiltrate the narative of the far-left wing on the MSM, get voiced over national airwaves and cause such a consternation and backlash from the average American Voter as they finally realize that the national MSM has been lying to us for years and truly are in the pocket of the Dim party bosses.

In the good old days, spreading this type of nonsense could result in the perpetrator being challenged to a duel, or a good old fashioned caning.
Just don’t accept their premise. No answer shuts them down as effectively as “I don’t accept your premise unless you prove that its valid”.
She should just stay classy and explain in a very nuanced way how these are attacks on all American’s would would seek office inside the beltway.
Look at her, she is a wonderful woman, she doesn’t need to sling mud, just point out the mud being thrown by the other side.
Any gentleman knows you don’t do that to a woman.
Personally I think she is more capable and eager to deal with this stuff than any of us here on FR and really doesn’t need our advice.
Something tells me she isn’t as ignorant on national and global issues as the masses assume her to be.

If you want to know the difference between the left and the right in this county it is that the left things that a four month old baby boy with Downs syndrome is a perfectly acceptable political weapon to use against his mother. The right doesn’t.
I bet she doesn’t need to be defended and can do it herself. After all, all the “victims” are in the other party.

At the VP debate she can expect from PLUGS some kind of smarmy patronizing dig about neglecting her baby yada yada.

Here in Florida this is coming from rednecks who hate Obama but believe he will not last in office and will be replaced by a white man.
Malicious slander and ignorant prejudice will have to be countered directly. I am confident that McCain/Palin are up to the challenge.
O’s only defense seems to be to race bait any and all criticism. He has become the boy who cried wolf once too often.
