Didn't you forget about the fact that 60 cents of every dollar will be needed to pay administrative and miscellaneous costs(such as private SUVs and other perks for the fund mis-manager ?
The Underground Railroad Museum in Cincinnati is nothing but a sinkhole for millions of dollars that would have been better used to educate a few thousand black American wanting to become doctors,architects,or even truck drivers.Who wants to visit a place to be reminded of how badly some distant ancestors were mistreated, or be reminded how bad one's own distant ancestors treated others ?

This is the real reason that that the left is enraged by the Palin pick. McCain stole THEIR opportunity. He crashed THEIR party. He took THEIR issue. How DARE he? Doesn't he know that this is history? Doesn't he know what he's doing to us?You nailed it....as usual! Good writing, Doug.

Sorry...very, very GOOD article. I got distracted because my husband came in and I said, “I HAVE to read this to you!!!” Which I did.
