I’ve been on this board ten years. I have NEVER seen a phenomenon like this. The country is STARVED for reform. And integrity. I never would have thought that the future of the GOP would be in John McCain’s hands. If he can bring young GOP governors with integrity, such as Palin and Jindal to the forefront, there might just be some hope for this country after all. Lord knows DC needs the kind of enema that Palin has delivered to the corrupt power structure in Alaska.
I swear, if that woman was a crook, she COULD sell air conditioners to Eskimos. Thank God she is honest.
A leader that God has blessed us with at this time? While we're praying, let's beseech the Lord for wisdom. Palin's and our own. She makes one misstep in the next 60-odd days, the media will move in for the kill. If we mistake any human, never mind a political human, for a light source, we're no better than Obama koolaiders.

ALL the those Americans on the right that McCain was having problems with are about to set aside their differences and vote for the McCain-Palin ticket. Palin is a breath of fresh air. She will pull in the discontented conservatives, Evangelicals and pro-lifers alike. Along with Independents and those ticked off Hillary gals in the heartland of America. This is gonna be fun to watch.

That WGN talk show host -- it's going to be a long, long before he has another critic of Obama on the show. Just think of the ripple effect!
How many talk show hosts are going to want to through that nightmare! It brings a swarm of screaming people jamming phones lines and making threats.. no station manager is going to keep an employee who brings those kinds of problems.
what is REALY sad is that the clarity of the conservative views is not rocket science.
They are solid and very predictable.
ANY of the candidates could have jumped on it during their careers or even this election. Yet somehow they failed to comunicate that solid connection.
I don’t think even McCain understands what his decision has done.
