As usual, you and I could not be more closely in agreement.

Also as usual, great post. You always manage to capture about 99% of the feelings of true conservatives on FR and elsewhere.

The more I see of Sarah Palin, the more I like her. She is not afraid to be herself, and that in itself is something new in politics.
I watched a bit of last night's Service Forum, which I felt was another excuse by the media to exalt Obama and try to trip up McCain. Over and over McCain was asked questions like, “Do you believe that America is BETTER than these other countries?” ... but when it was Obama’s turn, where was that question?
Obama laughed off the question of whether he'd serve in McCain's cabinet, refusing a straightforward answer.
I'd like to see some REAL questions directed toward Obama. For example, if elected President, who does he serve first? The American people? Or the Chicago Political Machine that has brought him as far as it has?
Also, I found it very interesting hearing him talk over and over again about “small towns in the midwest and the south”, and how they are the epitome of service. Are these the same bumpkins that he told an audience in San Francisco “cling to their religion and their guns”?
Obama as president would be disastrous for this country, and I pray that the American people see that in time. Elect him, and you might as well start calling us “Pakistan West”.
McCain-Palin ‘08 is our greatest hope!
