This stuff is just getting sick! Since everything else has been a lie why would we believe this crap now?!?

Palin, in her speech tonight, ought to look straight at the camera, and say,
"Look at me, Barack Obama. Look at me through that TV that you are watching right now, and know this: I am not Jack Ryan. You will not be handed the Presidency of the United States by smearing your opponent. Not this time.
Look at me, Joe Biden! I am NOT Robert Bork. You will not get away with false claims, innuendo and gossip. We will fight back this time, and you will find out that the women of America, and the conservatives of America, will not stand for your thuggish attacks on my family, my values and my running mate.
Prepare to feel the wrath of genuine, honest Americans for your outrageous behavior."

The National Enquirer feels relatively safe, because a public person has to prove actual malice, and because they don't get sued by politicians since either the stories are true (Clinton and women, Kerry and the Swiftboaters) or the politician is dirty enough that even if the specific charge is false, the politician cannot prove harm to character and opens up his or her entire life to scrutiny.
However, in the case of McCain and Palin, there just may be good reason to sue the news organizations that are promoting these lies. They are clean, and the lies are pretty bad, and the organizations know they are lies or are reckless about the truth.

Notice how the
Enquirer phrases its response:
"The National Enquirer's coverage of a vicious war within Sarah Palin's extended family includes several newsworthy revelations, including the resulting incredible charge of an affair ..."
"Incredible," as in "not credible." It's parsed that way in the original article, too.

Anyone have a picture of Obama eating a hot dog?
LOL.
You know Obama 's gut to be queer.
Larry Sinclair said so and I believe him.
Bill Ayers was queer too.
Do you suppose Bill Ayers and Obama were AH buddies?
I bet they were.

The National Enquirer has been sliding downhill since Carl Pope died. I knew Mr. Pope and he was a fair man who provided gallons of free beer and booze and deep-fried Louisianna shrimp to his reporters and investigators every Friday afternoon.
Furthermore, that excellent publication, Weekly World News, is gone now thanks to the utter incompetence of that hillary butt-kissing whore Roger Altman.
How about it, Roger, you slut. Where’s our free meatballs, Chivas Royal and Weekly World News? Gad, you messed up big, you scum-sucking carp. I’d draw and quarter you but my large clamps are busy holding together a cabinet door, you worthless hinny.
I hate it when liberals ruin well-established publications.
Carl Pope, God loves you and hates the other guy.
PS - Orange peels cure cancer.

I'd like to know more about Larry Sinclair as well. For a long time I've thought it was irrelevant, but at this point, and after seeing how Obamas camp operates, I am willing to put the Sinclair rumors back on the table under they are proven false.
Knowing what I know now about Obama I'll bet Larry Sinclair is telling the truth. Someone who has money and supports McCain should get some wheels on this story
The whole way Obama operates has gay tinges to it. Sneaky, backstabbing, hides information, transcripts, state legislator files all says gay to me. He wouldn't be real gay but has had a couple flings. Ayers is bisexual and dittos for Frank Marshall Davis his black mentor in Hawaii

If that’s their defense, good luck to them. Repeating a falsehood, even with mushy language, can be a basis for a libel suit.

Obama is not stupid. I'm sure most of his male lovers have been closeted - - and probably married - - Larry Craig/Jim McGreevey types who will never step forward. Obama got sloppy with Larry Sinclair (pun intended) and I'm guessing the cocaine helped.

The funny thing is that there were 3 or 4 gays who Obama was friendly with in Rev. Wright's congregation , who recently have, one way or another, "disappeared."
I think that the Obamster has a lot of skeltons in several closets.I wonder how much will come out? McCain may not neeed to use it, but I am sure they have the files ready.

Wooten is the source eh...see post #54 on this thread for what the Man has done:
Palin Could Be Deposed in Probe ( Alaska Legislature Probe into claims that she abused her office )
************************EXCERPT INTRO**********************
In the message, Palin relayed more than two dozen incidents in which she or others alleged Wooten had driven drunk, made threats, violated game hunting laws, hurt his son, abused his authority as a law enforcement officer, been unfaithful to his wife, and more.
Palin noted allegations that Wooten had threatened to "bring Sarah Palin down," as well as make Palin's father "eat a f******* lead bullet."
The allegations, taken together, "would lead a rational person to believe there is a problem inside the [state troopers'] organization," asserted Palin in the e-mail.

Maverick Barracuda Enquirer Have you heard the latest vicious rumor? Back in 1964, a woman was so impressed with "A Time For Choosing" that Ronald Reagan had an little known affair and a little girl was conceived. She was hustled of to some remote corner of the country and no one has ever heard what became of her.
Don't worry, Sarah was born in February.
