CNN double checked with its reporter and confirmed that Reid meant Palin personally, everyone on the CNN panel had to admit this term is never used against men and that Reid's remark is a mistake that can help validate Palin's attacks on the democrats.
Priceless, they also said Reid hates McCain and Reid played right into the republicans' hands. They said Reid was upset last night too. Guess he thinks only the left should have a political convention.

I was so glad she mentioned him by name and trashed him. He truly is one of the most divisive, creepy, and unappealing leaders (and I use the term lightly) on the scene today.
I was also thrilled when Romney, I think it was, said there has never been a day in our lives when we were not proud of America! Excellent. A shot at Michelle no doubt. I suppose they will be screaming racism over that.
That is one thing I kind of hoped to hear from Palin (or McCain) but know it is very unlikely. I would love to hear one major speaker at this convention say “we are tired of being called racist for opposing Obama!”

Harry Reid, the Majority Leader of the current do-nothing Senate, not long ago summed up his feelings about our nominee. He said, quote, “I can’t stand John McCain.” Ladies and gentlemen, perhaps no accolade we hear this week is better proof that we’ve chosen the right man. Clearly what the Majority Leader was driving at is that he can’t stand up to John McCain. That is only one more reason to take the maverick of the Senate and put him in the White House.
