I received the following email from a Philadelphia attorney who has filed a lawsuit against the Democratic National Committee and Senator Obama questioning his qualification to be President.
I asked Phil if I contributed to assure me none of the moneys collected would be used for political purposes.

No, none of the proceeds will be used to support any party. The proceeds donated will strictly be used for this litigation. Legal litigation is extremely expensive, especially when you require Expert testimony, which I am anticipating.
In addition, I just received confirmation that the DNC and Senator Obama were in fact served today, 09/04/2008. The DNC was served at noon and Senator Obama was served at 1:00 p.m. All Defendants have now been served so the case can proceed.

My personal favorite is OBAMA using an Indonesian passport to visit Pakastan in 1981.
Indonesia does NOT allow dual citizenship.
He was served with the lawsuit. No judge has ordered anything, YET.

I would imagine that the courts could compel him to provide the requisite documentation.
Further, you would think that somewhere in this whole process that that documentation would be filed with somebody. FEC maybe? I do not know who is the gatekeeper of such things. I would imagine that if I were to run for president that I would be required to show proof of citizenship and that those documents would specify my place of birth, satisfying the natural born requirement, at the same time that I filed my petition signatures.
Do I just say " I'm Ouderkirk, and I am runnng for president", and that's it? File my candidacy with the FEC and that's all there is to it. Isn't there a "controlling legal authority" who is the gatekeeper.

When Obama took vacation in Hawaii a few weeks ago, my personal guess was that he was trying to come up with paperwork as we all know that there is a HIGH probability that the Certificate of Live Birth that he originally posted was from his sister and that it was altered!
Then there’s the “rumor” that there is a birth certificate from Kenya where he was actually born. Phil contends his mother was NOT allowed to leave Kenya when she was pregnant due to concerns of live birth on the plane. Evidently some relatives of Obama say he was born in Kenya.
To me it still comes down to the fact that Obama is not from an American slave family. He’s Kenyan/Indonesian and has never lived the life of a Black in any ‘hood ..... he went straight to Liberal colleges .....
No wonder he was grumpy in his press conference. I thought it was BORe being tough on him in recording the interview (I skipped it).
Drudge is getting himself physically aroused at the chance to vote for 0bama, so don’t expect him to do the right thing and post it. I hope I’m wrong, but it truly seems like Drudge has a big ol’ man-crush on 0bama and is going to do all he can to assist him.

Now Obama could have regained US citizenship IF he went before a judge.... between his 18th and 21st birthday but there is NO proof that he did that.

I would bet you that at no point are you actually required to show citizenship. Simply because it was probably assumed that no one would have the audacity to actually try to scam the Constitution. (Talk about ‘Audacity of Hope’!) If this all turn out to be true and the Democrat party actually had so little respect for the Consitution to actually sponsor a non-citizen. How could anyone be a Democrat and have any self-repsect!
