This report doesn’t have many specifics. What is the evidence that the subs are manned by Hezballah? The article says the Navy “tracked” about 30 apparent mini-submarines in the first three months of 2008. It makes no mention of any subs that were captured or apprehended. Exactly how did they determine which ones were drug-runners and which ones were Hezballah terrorists?

You should first post your rationale for CALLING Farah a kook, THEN ask why people trust his material, if indeed they do. In a case like this, look for sources and figure out who, if anyone, might have some axe to grind. If the sources check out, it’s hardly material who published it.
