The statement shows just what so many already knew. This couple has an inability to restrain themselves, and zero class. She must have been the undercover bimbo at the CIA.

In fairness, when I read the article this morning, I assumed the Wilson’s made the statement BEFORE the tumor announcement.
Any indication of WHEN, they said that?

Just this morning, I was going to visit an occupational therapist. (Just had a bad finger injury from a softball game.) Anyway, she thought I was coming at 8:15 and I thought it was at 9:30.
I show up at 9:30 and she starts berating me and demanding to know why the error took place. I apologize, but explain that I had contacted them to reschedule. (It turned out they had rescehduled a different appointment by mistake.) I know she has a lot of patients and confused appointments make life hard for her, but mistakes do happen. Her lack of professionalism was a bit offputting.
In the middle of our session when she was stretching out my finger, she starts going on about how much she hated Sarah Palin and John McCain. That hardly seemed the time for a political discussion, so I said nothing.
I was not surprised at how she was voting.
I researched a bit, and looks like it was after the accident but before the diagnosis. The statement is something like “our sympathies go out to another victim of Robert Novak’s callous disregard for others....” It is pretty pathetic. Can someone tell them their fifteen minutes are over?

Honestly, I’ve heard “Valerie Plame” until the name “Plame” is tantamount to an obscene word being uttered to me. Most people still tune it out and couldn’t tell you really WHO she is. They are sick of the name, sort of like the name, Obama, “O”-verexposed.
Making the headline rather disingenuous wouldn't you say
I don’t know who is more gracious: Mr Novak in mentioning the Kennedy’s (Ted & Vicky) personal kindness to him, or the Kennedy’s for extending it. I hope the day comes again when the Democrats can show mercy and kindness in public to their Republican opposition. I seem to see it extended more the other way. Sad news about Mr Novak. Plame and Wilson again show their true character.
You can judge people’s character by what comes from their mouths. That was an evil and ugly bit of slimey verbage that one day they will have to answer for.
That was the point of their outrageous comments. Until the left can do it officially they will try to do it through intimidation and character assassination.

THANK YOU for posting the quote! The page is unaccessible on the Creator’s Web site and all other versions of the syndicated column I have clicked on do not include any reference to Wilson and Plame. Is there another URL that might have captured the origina’ column on Creators - even Google Cache and the Wayback Machine don’t have it.

The fact that those turdballs have the status in my country to “issue statements” is, in itself, imminently deplorable. Timing does not alter my feelings or my comments. I would have loved to have seen their level of joviality after the diagnosis. Sorry, I only give good and honorable people the benefit of the doubt.
Funny you should mention that. I had a long talk with my wife about that. On the one hand, I figure someone could quote Chomsky at me for an hour as long as they can make my shattered finger somewhat right again.
On the other hand, I’ve noticed rude liberals are often less competent than they initially appear. It’s just a generality, of course. Anyone else ever notice that?
