Skip to comments.Joe Wilson and Valerie Plame Ridicule Robert Novak Over His Brain Tumor

.........."There are mad bloggers who profess to take delight in my distress, but there's no need to pay them attention in the face of such an outpouring of good will for me. I had thought 51 years of rough-and-tumble journalism in Washington made me more enemies than friends, but my recent experience suggests the opposite may be the case.
But Joe and Valerie Wilson, attempting to breathe life into the Valerie Plame "scandal," issued this statement: "We have long argued that responsible adults should take Novak's typewriter away. The time has arrived for them to also take away the keys to his Corvette."
Thanks to my tumor, the Wilsons have achieved half of their desires. I probably never will be able to drive again, and I have sold the Corvette, which I dearly loved. Taking away my typewriter, however, may require modification of the First Amendment......"
Typical ‘heros’ of the left. Hateful partisan scum.
Novak has a tumor.
Joe Wilson and Valerie Plame are tumors.
Such class from the Wilsons...shame its all low.
Who listens to chronic stage 3 alcoholics?
“Love is patient, love is kind. It is not jealous, is not pompous, it is not inflated, it is not rude, it does not seek its own interests, it is not quick-tempered, it does not brood over injury, it does not rejoice over wrongdoing but rejoices with the truth. It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.”
~ I Corinthians 13
Prayers for Mr. Novak
The statement shows just what so many already knew. This couple has an inability to restrain themselves, and zero class. She must have been the undercover bimbo at the CIA.
Mr and Mrs Plame are scum...
In fairness, when I read the article this morning, I assumed the Wilson’s made the statement BEFORE the tumor announcement.
Any indication of WHEN, they said that?
Another telling testament to President Bush from this column.
I’m told that President George W. Bush has not liked my criticism, particularly of his Iraq war policy. But the president is a compassionate man, and he telephoned me at 7:24 a.m. on August 15, six minutes before I went into surgery. The conversation lasted only a minute, but his prayerful concern was touching and much appreciated
Need a basement... in your basement? Wilson and Plame Excavators Inc. will do the job... and keep digging, and never stop! What part of “Its Over!” do they not understand? Can you go to prison for “Fraudulent Self-Over-Promotion”? What more can one say, other than I didn’t think adults could act so childish and asinine.
At least Novak has a brain, unlike the Wilsons.
Leftists claim to love all humanity, but then show hatred and rudeness toward those around them.
Just this morning, I was going to visit an occupational therapist. (Just had a bad finger injury from a softball game.) Anyway, she thought I was coming at 8:15 and I thought it was at 9:30.
I show up at 9:30 and she starts berating me and demanding to know why the error took place. I apologize, but explain that I had contacted them to reschedule. (It turned out they had rescehduled a different appointment by mistake.) I know she has a lot of patients and confused appointments make life hard for her, but mistakes do happen. Her lack of professionalism was a bit offputting.
In the middle of our session when she was stretching out my finger, she starts going on about how much she hated Sarah Palin and John McCain. That hardly seemed the time for a political discussion, so I said nothing.
I was not surprised at how she was voting.
I researched a bit, and looks like it was after the accident but before the diagnosis. The statement is something like “our sympathies go out to another victim of Robert Novak’s callous disregard for others....” It is pretty pathetic. Can someone tell them their fifteen minutes are over?
Thanks for posting that...we’re buying a new house - I think I’ll put that on one of the walls in big script!
Joe Wilson and Valerie Plame are tumors.
Tumor would be a complimentary term and way above either of their “pay grades.”
I appreciate the sentiment.
Honestly, I’ve heard “Valerie Plame” until the name “Plame” is tantamount to an obscene word being uttered to me. Most people still tune it out and couldn’t tell you really WHO she is. They are sick of the name, sort of like the name, Obama, “O”-verexposed.
Making the headline rather disingenuous wouldn't you say
