Blogger: Convention Organizer Said RNC Protesters Had MSNBC Badges
NewsBusters ^ | Mark Finkelstein

H/t Kimberly M.

Did the Code Pink members who interrupted John McCain's speech last night use MSNBC press badges to get into the hall? Not according to Code Pink itself, which claims the two women "obtained passes to the convention from disaffected Republicans."

Right.

There is another much more intriguing explanation out there. According to Shay at Booker Rising, which describes itself a newsite for black moderates and black conservatives [emphasis added]:

"I took the shuttle bus back to Minneapolis, and I overheard a convention organizer named Phil telling a convention delegate that the protesters on Wednesday night got through because of media credentials that were traced back to MSNBC (he told her that each credential has an individual bar code for each convention invitee). They suspect MSNBC this time as well."

For the next convention, they need to hold it in Phoenix, pass an ordinance that makes disturbing the convention a felony, and hand the perps over to Sheriff Joe for a stay in tent city.

Gawwd, looking at the pictures on that blog... It had a necklace on, from which a plastic card dangled and the card said “Make out, not war”. I threw up in my mouth a little.

I am a recovering alcoholic, and I can safely say that I have NEVER been drunk enough to be able to lock lips with a skanzilla like Jodie or her rugmuncher-in-arms, Medea.

The media bias is apparent to anyone with open eyes.

I wonder which anchors will be fired after THIS election brings more shame on the networks.

Olbermann’s relatives are all in jars at Harvard Medical School (Or Ripley’s museum, I get them mixed up).

Freepers, a new national scandal requires a catchy name!

Do your part - suggest an appropriate one right here:

Examples:

Badgegate
Pinkogate
Mediagate
Biasgate

Come on Freepers - your country is calling.

“The real question is which BIG NAME endorsed this so MSNBC would know where to point the cameras.”

I’d put my money on Olbermann or Madow. They both have ties to the radical left. They have Rachel’s new show up against Hannity and Larry King. I doubt her show lasts through the month. After Palin’s speech, she was so angry that her face was was turning various shades of purple and red.

Keith Olbermann didn’t need his pass. Maybe it was his. He went back to NY because he was afraid he would get assassinated according to Laura Ingraham.

“contemptuous”

contempt = pathology

Antisocial people have contempt for others with whom they disagree. No debate. No respect for a different point of view. Just contempt with all the hostilities hanging out.

I see no such connection, just links to the Huffington Post that she gave $110. to Republicans and she's an alternate delegate. Where is statement by anyone it was Eckrich. I sure don't believe Code Puke that it was a disaffected Republican. It's in their interest to protect MSNBC.
