Yes, but the majority of the Ukrainians are ethnically the same as the majority of Russians. Which is why you will find the Eastern half so Pro-Russian. This just shows the likely that a civil war could be brewing. Russia sent their cream of the crop to Georgia. If they were going to invade the Ukraine they would have to ship that back to the West. Stoking civil war is easier and cheaper.
Ha! Looking at other pictures of her with the hair down, she does enough hair to braid and loop up and over. But funny non the less.
Cheney flew to Kiev from Georgia, where he denounced Russia's "illegitimate, unilateral attempt" to redraw the U.S. ally's borders by force.

So what is softer about that ?
If he threatened in public then he already did tell the world. If he threatened in private we wouldn't know about it. According to this article Tymoshenko proved it was her real hair, at least at one point. Braid or no braid, she is an attractive woman, but from what I have read about her the attractiveness is only external.
