Big Political Shifts Are Under Way
PWW ^ | June 23, 2008 | Joelle Fishman

The Obama campaign, drawing upon the candidate’s community organizing experience, is also looking toward the grassroots. Unity for Change house parties across the country on June 28 will bring neighbors together for voter registration and getting out the vote.

A national coalition of peace and economic rights organizations is also gearing up for grassroots voter registration and mobilization.

Planned Parenthood Action is launching a One Million Strong Know McCain campaign with house parties June 14-20.

A host of creative projects to expose McCain’s record are being launched online.

African American, Latino and youth voters who could be decisive in this election are gearing up.

All these efforts can involve new activists, build for the landslide and take up top issues of concern.

As AFL-CIO Executive Vice President Arlene Holt Baker told the Coalition of Black Trade Unionists convention, “This election cannot be only about John McCain’s failings. It must be about working people’s vision — our vision of a new direction for our country. A vision that includes universal health care, the elimination of poverty, good jobs and the passage of the Employee Free Choice Act … [W]e are going to spark a movement of those who are ready to make their voices heard in shaping the new America we must build together — and we are going collect our debt this November.”

The Communist Party USA’s emergency program to repair, renew and rebuild America is a contribution toward this effort. It is available at www.cpusa.org.

Again - a community organizer loved by the Socialists and Communists or a true leader who can make decisions?

Take your pick, America.

This entire article is nothing but a bunch of hype. And I don’t want my country run by a bunch of left-wing “special interest” - read socialist - groups.

“Planned Parenthood Action is launching a One Million Strong Know McCain campaign with house parties June 14-20.”

How ironic.

One of the major forces for destruction of the family and American households, is going to have “house parties”.

I'm throwing a Sarah Palin party at my house, I expect 10,000,000 guests.

I have a really big house.

Look at the date on the article. Politics is a fickle game.

What is so troubling is how many brain dead Americans would prefer Communism. Dead brain cells just don't realize that once it is here it will be next to impossible to stop without civil war.

The community organizers showed up in Denver yesterday, they’re going to energize the Latino vote and start a massive voter registration campaign.

Watch out for fraud /’O’bvious

Every other commercial is for O, must be spending a ton of money here.

Oh joy !

Our opponents are not under any illusions about winning with ideas. They mean to win by gaming, by organization, by manufacturing votes when they can get by with it, and by any other means necessary.

The ‘community organizer’ job was done by a certain Notso Muckingfutch, Barack Hussein Obama, Jr., the charismatic, messianic Magic Negro, BEFORE he grew the current persona. He was a druggee street thug, being pulled around by skilled manipulators, who got him clean and instructed him in the wily ways of deceit and stealth. The Annenberg Initiative, conceived as something like the Carnegie Foundation, was perverted into a conduit for cash to conduct the “class struggle”, which Obama’s mentor, Bill Ayers, was using to subvert the educatonal system in Chicago.

The ‘culture wars’ are pretty much lost (for now) in the urban centers and close-in ring suburbs. But it is still a very real thing out there in Main Street USA.

Prediction: Sarah Palin and her running mate will take the definitive majority (not just a plurality) of the vote in some 3,000 counties around the United States. The Obama/Biden team will have overwhelming majorities in some 600 counties. The vote total will be within a margin of 2% or less between winner and loser.

I've talked to my seniors about the importance of voting.
And I talked to some of my sophomores, too. (uh-huh)

I got some blank stares and odd looks. I guess Rock the Vote (or the hip hop version of it) hasn't hit my school yet.

Which amendment to the constitution is that?

I guess that's also what Comrade Zero is talking about when he mentions "Economic Justice"

“Why are you posting an article 2+ months old?”

Because so many don’t realize the connection between socialism/Marxism/Communism and this election and you never know who’s lurking.

However, I didn’t realize there was a limit on calendar dates for articles. Do you know what it might be? 30 days, perhaps?
