Just heard on Fox News. The Boy Scouts filled dozens of large trash bags with US Flags that were trampled on the ground or thrown near trash receptacles at the Democrat Convention. They are going to hold a flag-retirement ceremony to properly honor those flags that were dishonored.
Unbelievable...is there no shame in this party??

Heck I don’t even throw away the cheap towels I get handed when I go to some football games.
I think that truth is self evident.
As the grandfather of two Eagle Scouts this does not surprise me at all. Its who and what Scouts are.
So the CNN and MSNBC reporters are pinned down by ambush fire while on their extended deployment in the quagmire of Alaska?
Anyone in Colorado Springs going to McCain’s event today? An action report would be awesome!
LOL! Good one, but if you think about it even that beats getting in between a mother bear and her cubs.
I notice that they waited until after the convention was over. Probably so that they wouldn’t be spit upon.

Not that I needed them. I used to get stuff in the mail once in a while, and about a dozen years back, I'd actually finished my Christmas shopping early and had some money left over and a solicitation was sitting on my kitchen table. I wrote a check.
I've been getting stuff ever sense from just about everyone.
Funny thing is that I now have more than enough return-address labels to last until my house erodes away to nothing from the elements ... and that's if I actually paid my bills by check instead of doing it online. (Bad timing, that.)
We stopped donating to United Way years ago, even tho my husband’s employer put a lot of pressure on to do so. Fortunately where he works now we can choose, and we give to Samaratin’s Purse.

By the next year, the United Way was out and all employees could personally select from a list of hundreds of organizations to give money to, and the firm would match.

I did the same thing. In fact, I wrote a check direct to our local Boy Scout council. United Way was big in the 1990s now they are trying to reconfigure how they do business. Proof that individual action does have an effect.

Even IF the Rats hate the flag and our military, how unbelievably PR stupid to trash the flags. Dumb. dumb.
