I pledge to not hold any politician in too high esteem, for in granting them adulation one grants them excessive power, and not only is that power not theirs, but inevitably it corrupts to the core.
That being said, this picture literally brings tears to my cynical eyes. God bless the good people of Colorado Springs and all the other towns of the USA!

And here we have this huge, spontaneous crowd of citizen supporters waiting to see and show support to the GOP candidates. No theatrics, and not a styrofoam Greek column in sight!
