and the rest of the Democrats is a resounding NO!

What needs to happen is that other Repubs latch on to Palin and get associated with her.

The Dems have made this election about being anti-Bush.

We need to make this not only anti-Dem congress and senate, but pro McCain/Palin.

McCain/Palin have overcome the McSame rhetoric, and are building momentum. The MSM have sickened people about the anti-Palin rhetoric, and the overtly pro Obama propaganda. Now other Pubbies have to join into that same momentum. They need to associate Pelosi and Reed with the negatives of Obama and the MSM, and associate themselves with winners McCain/Palin.

Sad thing is this will set back black politicians for many more years to come. Any capable democrat should have been able to whip any Republican this year, but the libs of their party put up a once-muslim, can’t speak without a script, can’t think for himself black man. Barack is setting back black people at least 20 years. It truly is sad.

Barack Obama is not a real Black American
He has no slave ancestors
He's the product of a white woman and some bigamist from Kenya who was just passing through

Rush Limbaugh has some comments on the danger of polls:

Increases in unemployment?

I suppose that might be from SUV factory closures due to the high cost in fuel prices... Or perhaps it is a result of all the airlines grounding aircraft laying people off to save money for jet fuel?

And what of all the secondary jobs lost for those who supply the auto makers and airline industries?

I wonder how many foreclosures occurred because working men and women lost their jobs as a result of Congressional Democrats not allowing us to have a domestic oil supply?

GOT OIL?

WHY NOT?

IS YOUR CONGRESSMAN OPPOSED TO DRILLING?

IS YOUR PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE OPPOSED TO DRILLING?

VOTE OBAMA... AND FREEZE YOUR MAMA!
VOTE FOR BIDEN ... AND KEEP WALKIN!

NEED OIL? VOTE REPUBLICAN.

Lots of time left in the race - 3 debates for McCain/Obama, and one for Palin/Biden. The media will declare the Democrats the winners in each case, and will be waiting to nail McCain/Palin in every interview and campaign event. This thing won’t be over till the election is done, the endless, frivolous claims of voting irregularities by Democrats have ended, and liberals renew their calls for the blue states to secede.

It looks to me like MAYBE, thanks to McCain and Palin, the American people are actually thinking about giving Republicans a second chance. Every Republican candidate should gratefully acknowledge this and personally pledge to avoid the corruption and spending that caused us to lose our majority.

We don’t want Obama to sink too fast. He might pull a switcheroo and replace Biden with Hillary.

No, wait, he’s not that smart. Never mind. (Is he not the dumbest smart guy we’ve ever seen?)

McCain/Palin up by 10... good news if it's true.

No reason to celebrate yet though... We need to keep fighting like we're 10 points behind.

Because now the Rats will be...

Barack is setting back black people at least 20 years.

They have joined him willingly in the hand basket to hell.

To be fair I think his point was that this will set blacks back in the racist Rat party who refuse to think of people as individuals but as representatives of some demographic group they hope to control.

But you are correct, the conservatives will give us the first black president or vice president.

Guys, it sounds great, but remember there are debates and two more months to go.

Also, some of this may just be a fading bounce.

The interesting part about this is, suddenly the media is starting to do some housecleaning.

I’d love to think it’s because they’ve come to their senses over Palin hatred, but unfortunately I think it’s because the polls have upset them and they have to try a new tack.

Taking a pinch of salt to the news, it’s probably an outlier. A 17 point swing in a week is most likely the result of the entire poll being off.

The margin of error for a poll is actually a margin of error in two ways. Assuming the poll is good, a margin of error of +/- 2.5% would allow for a 5% swing in the numbers. But the 2.5% margin is also the chance that the entire poll is flawed.

If that is the case, it is an outlier poll.

The trend is evidentially in McCain’s favor, but unless I see several polls with mid-teen swings in the next few days, I will not put money on this poll being correct.
