LAURA INGRAHAM SHOW - Sarah Palin sacrificing family to advance her career?
Laura Ingraham show phone call ^ | 9-8-08 | dfu

Posted on 09/08/2008 10:12:47 AM PDT by doug from upland

Laura Ingraham was discussing the comments of Sally Quinn of Washington Post fame. She is the queen of the Washington elite.

Sally, as have others, has been criticizing Sarah Palin for putting her career ahead of her family. Oh, what happened to women's lib, Sally?

I was able to get through to Laura's show, and she put me on right away. Yes, Sarah's family is going to be put second. But not to her career ----- to the country.

As soldiers and the families of soldiers do every day, Sarah and her family are going to make a substantial sacrifice for their country. Yes, it is going to be tough on them. It is tough on all of those who actually make sacrificies in the defense of this great nation. Sally Quinn and her elitist leftist pals will never understand that.

Very good point Doug.

I can’t help but believe that the Sally Quinn’s of the country are letting their bitterness get the better of them.

After all, Gov. Palin does have it all...the beautiful family, the handsome mans- man of a husband and the successful career.

The Sally Quinn’s chose career over family. Must burn them to see a more capable woman who really does have it all.

Quinn is a hypocrite and any rational, thinking person knows it. If a liberal Democrat with kids at home had been nominated for VP, Quinn would never criticize her for the same reasons she’s been criticizing Palin.

“I can’t help but believe that the Sally Quinn’s of the country are letting their bitterness get the better of them.”

What if their bitterness is the best of them? I mean, all that they have is bitterness and sycophancy for leftist heroes. I’d rather they tear down conservatives than lift up liberals. I know, it’s a Faustian deal.

And don’t forget, Sally Quinn slept her way to where she is now. If she wants to start a fight, we will finish it.

Like my wife asks..."why don't they ever question Obama if he's putting HIS career ahead of his family?"

Correct. Heard nothing from the left when Ferraro, (unknown, completely inexperienced mom from Queens), was nominated.

No criticisms about Pelosi either...

So did Gloria Steinem. She used Zuckermann from The NY Daily news in order to keep her Ms. magazine alive.

Quinn was on O’Reilly’s show retracting her earlier remarks and saying she was wrong. Did Laura mention that?

They are bitterly clinging to their keyboards and Little Red Books...............

Laura has been absolutely giddy with the pick of Palin!

Heard you on the radio this AM Doug. But you forgot to tell Laura you thought Palin (and Laura) is hotter than a chicken pot pie.

Sally Quinn also had a baby with profound health issues.

What in the world is she ranting about. Have to wonder if she’s lost her mind.
