This is their new line of attack. They are saying that her church believes in the rapture, pray for gays to go straight, etc. Campbell Brown looks like she is having the time of her life.

Remember when Hugh Hewitt warned that, if the particulars of Mitt Romney’s religious beliefs were fair game for attack, then the religious beliefs of “mainline” Christians would likewise be fair game, since all religious beliefs are, at bottom, irrational and unprovable. Well, it looks like Hugh was right.
Did anyone else see this? Your thoughts? I thought it was a total hit piece. Also said that her FORMER pastor said that those that voted for Kerry in 2004, “were going to hell”. They are trying to do a reverse Rev. Wright IMO.

Funny how they think her devoted Christianity will make us “realize” she’s the lunatic they think she is. They just don’t get it. I am so proud of this woman, I could cry. I wish I had her cahones. I would gently remind you that a GOP candidate’s Christian beliefs were ridiculed if not outright attacked in 2000 and 2004. Hugh Hewitt and Mitt Romney followed that display, they didn’t predict it.

Can someone please tell me, in all seriousness, what an “evangelical” Christian is, anyway? I’m thinking it’s not Catholics. Is it all protestants or just some? I go to church on Sundays, I pray every day and wish I was a better Christian....does this mean I’m one of those lunatic “evangelicals”? Do I need a Jesus fish on my car to be an evangelical? I don’t have one of those. Just curious.
