Can’t you imagine the TV ad. You show Obama flipping off Hillary once. Then you show him doing it again and again. Then you show his “Lipstick on a Pig” remark. You end with a freeze frame of Obama with his finger up, and the words, “Obama. Too big a jerk to be President”, or words to that effect.
