The buzz begins: Will Joe Biden be dumped off ticket?

Will Sen. Joe Biden be dropped from the Democratic Party ticket before Election Day?

Television pundits, talk radio personalities and blogs have been buzzing with speculation about a last-minute VP switch for the party.

On Fox's "Hannity & Colmes" last night, Sean Hannity asked Gov. Ed Rendell, D-Pa., "Will they replace Biden with Hillary?"

Rendell replied, "No, absolutely not. Joe Biden is here to stay. Next vice president of the United States."

However, according to recent polls, Biden's popularity is not as high as Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin. Results from a CNN/Opinion Research Corp. national survey released yesterday have Obama and McCain virtually tied – Obama has 49 percent while McCain has 48 percent. But Sarah Palin has surged ahead of Biden on popularity with 55 percent to his 44 percent. Her favorability rating is also 6 percent higher.

Following Sen. Joe Biden's recent statement that Hillary Clinton might have been a better choice for Obama's running mate, a popular online trading exchange website is taking wagers on whether Biden will be withdrawn from the ticket.

If they do dump him , they will use his past aneurysm problems as the reason . The media made sure we knew he had these past health problems . The media also made a big deal of Biden supposedly never drinking alcohol.
The media did the “ vetting “ of Biden upon his being chosen as V.P.

I’d really like to see how Obama explained the change of mind.......

But not nearly as much as I’d like to see Hillary swallow her pride and come up with some phoney story about how she doesn’t mind being a desparate afterthought.

I would love to see them do it also. That would be game, set, and match to McCain.

Asking for a do-over on your first major decision would reinforce the lack of leadership experience for Obama.

I am sure they wish they had chosen someone else but let’s all give Biden credit. He is the only one in their campaign that looks like he is having a good time!

Joe Biden is a nice guy but he has a big mouth — he probably was just repeating what was discussed on internal campaign conference calls.

If Obama doesn’t stick with Biden, he’ll be admitting he’s a weak vacillating flip flopper who seeks changing the rules for personal gain at the expense of others - his party and the country not withstanding.

Biden will suddenly come down with some strange medical problem

It had better involve paralysis.

"Joe, stand-up, Joe, let everyone see ya!"

Even if the RATS dumped Biden (which I'm sure they wouldn't hesitate to do in a second , if his numbers keep plunging).Would ‘’The Beast’’ even take the vice presidency slot now? Where is her pride?,,,,,,,,,Oh yeah,,, I forgot for a second ,,,its the Clintons!

In order to dump Biden, Obama would have to make a mistake and we all know that the self proclaimed Messiah doesn't make mistake.

I cannot imagine that happening. I’m betting those who chose to endorse Obama are not relishing her having any more power than she has right now.

Surely she has taken names.
