It's like a father who stands by and watched another man beat up his child. He can claim he loves his child, but unless he puts out a total effort to stop the assault, it is empty rhetoric

You do have some good points. But I think he did try. He is just so bad at getting his point across. He is just a terrible communicator.
This media hysteria reminds me of 8th grade and the “cool kids” cliques who would hate on anybody who wasn’t part of their “in group.”

Excellent video to sum up the frenzy. I have likened it to the part in the “Passion” when Jesus is getting scourged and you can see satan, in all his vile evilness, holding a baby, walking behind the roman soldiers and then you can see the faces of the scourging soldiers change into pure evil. Such hate. (I am no way comparing Jesus to Sarah, just in the movie, you can see how true evil works and Satan is definately at work in this situation.)
I for one never bailed on W and won’t on Palin.
Reports of W’s unpopularity are pipe dreams. We’ll see come Nov just how unpopular Pubbies are. (Many, however deserve to have their ass handed them)
Sarah is inherently likable. The screeching liberals are inherently unlikable. I’m betting they won’t be able to overcome that.

I could not care less what you are interested in but you argue like a liberal. President Bush can not reach down into the chain of command and eliminate courts martial. And anybody that thinks he can or should has no clue about the military and the UCMJ.
One of the attempted trials was the justice department attempting to assert civilian jurisdiction over a war zone. If you could read you would have known this went beyond the military courts

But he can and should intervene when the prosecution disallows defense use of high definition video of the incident. Video that proves that the prosecutions assertions about the nature of the events in question were fabrications.
And anybody that thinks he can or should has no clue about the military and the UCMJ.

Race panderers are always threatening "protests" (see Waters, Los Angeles). This is just another word for riot. Following an Obama loss and the loss of "black face", will riots peter out after a few weeks or continue for the next few years destroying race relations for decades? And guess who's to blame?
