MY “White Priviledge” consists of getting up, doing farm chores, getting on a school bus and going to school and getting good grades.
Then working jobs I was qualified to do, because I actually got a good high school education, showing up on time and WORKING for my EMPLOYER!! No cell phones, no texting, no I-Pods, etc.
Then buying my first house when I was 26 years old, with a modest $5000 inheritance from my mother’s death. I owned that house for 29 years, paying only 2 payments late, which I paid with the penalty. I was female and divorced.
During those years, I worked full time and attended college 2 nights a week, did all my homework, and got a 4.0 grade average in Accounting classes. Work, School, Homework, take care of house. No partying, no romantic life, no extras, just time consumed with work and school.
Inherited a second house when my Dad died. Cleaned it up and rented it out for a number of years until long-distance landlord problems coaxed me into selling it to my brother.
During that period, bought a 3rd house, which I rented, and then moved into. There for 12++ years, and then left because of the influx of the Liberals telling all of us how much we needed “street lights ,paved roads, sidewalks” in the rural area I was in. Voter registration went from 82% Republican to 42%. Time to leave.
Some jobs I had were white collar, and some were blue collar, and some were very dirty blue collar.
If all of that is “White Priviledge”, I want someone to come to my house and explain it to me “up close and personal”. Please do...let’s see you move some 125# hay bales for me.
I still do all my ranch work and dogs and horses are healthy and well-cared for.
This puke can KMA about “White Priviledge”.

Leftists have been using the "white privilege" trope for about twenty years now as a means of explaining the way things are the way they are. According to this totally lunatic theory the only reason people of European descent got where they are is the color of their skin. If that theory is true, he'll have to explain the success of Europeans in many parts of the country (like mine) where the minority population is minimal and sometimes nonexistent. There was a total of ONE!! black family that lived in my hometown of fifty thousand population when I grew up. Even now the black population is only one percent of the total. If the white privilege theory of white people only succeeding by oppressing minorities, how did they succeed?

I don't think anybody, even the demented fools like Wise, actually believe this. Bill Bradley alluded to wp in his disastrous bid for the White House in 2000. I'm sure the white privilege explanation went over real well in white, blue-collar audiences. (smirk)
