Grundle, I'm a vegetarian too. Forty years without red meat although nowadays I have seafood twice a week or so because I crave it.

Anyone who wants to attack -- back off. It's not a religion and I don't think you should follow my diet. It's a preference. If I liked or wanted steak I'd eat it every day.
